International shipping generally takes an additional 7–15 days, so most customers receive their personalized memorial urn within approximately 30 days of placing their order.

Absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The whole team was responsive and paid attention to requests. Definitely shed a tear when we received this new home for our beloved Barnabus. There was a small chip on the back, but not a huge deal. Well worth the prize!

I would give this 1000 stars if I could. This is the second urn I’ve purchased for a dog of mine that passed away (Butters). I already loved their quality but they have upped their game so much more! They were so attentive to my wishes concerning the design and they even changed his ears so that one was down. I cannot recommend this urn enough. It’s always tough losing a pet but I am so glad they have such a wonderful, well done places to rest peacefully.
